Order Processing

Orders are typically processed within 1–2 business days of payment confirmation. Based on our fulfillment history, most orders are fulfilled within approximately  36 hours. Processing may take longer during high-volume periods or holidays. You will receive a confirmation email once your order has been fulfilled and shipped.

Domestic Shipping (United States)

We ship to addresses within the United States. Based on our delivery history, orders are generally delivered within approximately 4–7 business days after fulfillment. Actual transit times depend on your location, the selected shipping method, and carrier conditions — delivery dates are not guaranteed. 

Order Tracking

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking information where available. Please allow up to 24–48 hours after receiving your confirmation email for tracking details to update in the carrier's system.

If you did not receive a tracking email, please check your spam folder or contact us for assistance.

Shipping Delays

While we aim to meet the estimated timelines above, delays may occur due to carrier disruptions, weather events, peak shipping periods, or other circumstances outside our control. We are not responsible for carrier-caused delays and cannot guarantee specific delivery dates.
